Immediately south of Myrtle Beach State Park on the south end of Myrtle Beach, between Business 17 and the beach, including many second row and ocean front homes for sale. Confusingly, many MLS listings have incorrectly labeled homes from other areas, such as Long Bay Plantation (prices in the $300's to $500's) or Long Bay (similar to Long Bay Estates, but on the north end of Myrtle Beach) as Long Bay Estates.
